Please note this is for the vinyl decal only, the balloon is for decoration only

Numbers will be approx 11cm in height but end result will depend on the number

Please be aware that you normally rub quite hard to apply a vinyl to a surface, if applying to a balloon it may take longer than normal as you can only put so much pressure on a balloon.
Adjustments will be made to the vinyl to ensure the best length proportions.
