Please ensure personalisation spelling is correct when completing checkout as it will be engraved exactly as entered by you. Unless faulty, personalised items will not be refunded.

Please note: As the wooden pencil is a natural product it may contain variations in the surface and grain. This may result in a difference in the darkness of the engraving across items in your order when ordering more than one. This is not a defect and we cannot guarantee that your pencils will not contain these, although we do carry out a rigorous quality check on all engraved items before sending to the customer.
