Please ensure personalisation spelling is correct when completing checkout as it will be engraved exactly as entered by you. Unless faulty, personalised items will not be refunded.

This may result in a difference in the darkness of the engraving across items in your order when ordering more than one. This is not a defect and we cannot guarantee that your pencils will not contain these, although we do carry out a rigorous quality check on all engraved items before sending to the customer.
